1. Acceptance of Terms (শর্তাবলীর গ্রহণযোগ্যতা)

By purchasing or using any product or service from L-Key BD, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

আপনি এল-কী বিডি থেকে কোনো পণ্য বা সেবা ক্রয় বা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে এই শর্তাবলী এবং আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালার সাথে সম্মত হন এবং আইনগতভাবে তা মেনে চলতে বাধ্য থাকেন।

2. Products and Services (পণ্য ও সেবা)

L-Key BD provides digital license keys for software, apps, games, VPNs, and other digital products. All products are delivered electronically via email or your account dashboard.

এল-কী বিডি সফটওয়্যার, অ্যাপ, গেম, ভিপিএন এবং অন্যান্য ডিজিটাল পণ্যের জন্য ডিজিটাল লাইসেন্স কী সরবরাহ করে। সকল পণ্য ইলেকট্রনিকভাবে ইমেইল বা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ড্যাশবোর্ডের মাধ্যমে সরবরাহ করা হয়।

3. Authenticity Guarantee (প্রামাণিকতার নিশ্চয়তা)

We guarantee that all license keys sold on our platform are 100% genuine and sourced from verified distributors. Unauthorized resale or duplication of keys is strictly prohibited.

আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে বিক্রিত সকল লাইসেন্স কী ১০০% আসল এবং যাচাইকৃত পরিবেশকদের কাছ থেকে সংগ্রহ করা হয়েছে—এটি আমরা নিশ্চয়তা দিচ্ছি। লাইসেন্স কী-এর অননুমোদিত পুনরায় বিক্রয় বা নকল করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

4. Pricing and Payments (মূল্য নির্ধারণ ও পেমেন্ট)

All prices are listed in BDT (৳) and are subject to change without notice. We accept multiple payment methods including mobile banking, cards, and online gateways. Full payment must be made prior to delivery.

সমস্ত মূল্য ৳ (বাংলাদেশি টাকা)-এ উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে এবং পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। আমরা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং, কার্ড এবং অনলাইন গেটওয়েসহ বিভিন্ন পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করি। পণ্য সরবরাহের পূর্বে সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট করা আবশ্যক।

5. Delivery Policy (সরবরাহ নীতি)

License keys are typically delivered instantly after payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to verification or technical issues.

লাইসেন্স কী সাধারণত পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার সঙ্গে সঙ্গেই সরবরাহ করা হয়। তবে কিছু ক্ষেত্রে যাচাই-বাছাই বা কারিগরি সমস্যার কারণে সরবরাহে সর্বোচ্চ ২৪ ঘণ্টা পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।

6. Refund and Replacement Policy (রিফান্ড ও প্রতিস্থাপন নীতি)

Refunds or replacements are only offered for defective or non-working keys, upon verification. Refunds are not issued for accidental purchases or changes of mind.

ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা কাজ না করা লাইসেন্স কী-এর ক্ষেত্রেই যাচাই সাপেক্ষে রিফান্ড বা প্রতিস্থাপন প্রদান করা হয়। দুর্ঘটনাবশত ক্রয় বা মত পরিবর্তনের কারণে আমরা রিফান্ড প্রদান করি না।

7. User Responsibilities (ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্বসমূহ)

You agree to use our products legally and ethically. It is your responsibility to ensure system compatibility before purchase.

আপনি আমাদের পণ্যসমূহ আইনগত ও নৈতিকভাবে ব্যবহার করতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। ক্রয়ের পূর্বে আপনার ডিভাইস বা সিস্টেমের সাথে সামঞ্জস্যতা যাচাই করার দায়িত্ব সম্পূর্ণরূপে আপনার।

8. Limitation of Liability (দায়সীমা)

L-Key BD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

এল-কী বিডি আমাদের পণ্য বা সেবা ব্যবহারের ফলে বা ব্যবহার করতে অক্ষমতার কারণে সৃষ্ট কোনো পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়।

9. Intellectual Property (বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি)

All content on this website—including logos, product descriptions, and graphics—is the property of L-Key BD and may not be copied or reused without permission.

এই ওয়েবসাইটে থাকা সমস্ত কন্টেন্ট, যেমন লোগো, পণ্যের বিবরণ এবং গ্রাফিক্স, এল-কী বিডি-এর মালিকানাধীন বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি। এগুলো অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি করা বা পুনরায় ব্যবহার করা সম্পূর্ণরূপে নিষিদ্ধ।

10. Changes to Terms (শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন)

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted will indicate your acceptance of the revised Terms.

আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন প্রকাশের পর আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে, তা সংশোধিত শর্তাবলীর প্রতি আপনার সম্মতি হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
